"Designing a house is easy, designing a home takes a professional service. When we set out to find the right drafting business to deliver on our ideas it wasn't easy and finally we found M.A.D. Instantly we knew that it was going to work from our first meeting and the basis of that foundation was communication. Rodney listened from day one to our budget, general ideas on the layout and the desired position of house, garage and shed on the block. We all spoke openly of the positives and negatives of each idea until we had a starting point to work from. From there the draft plans were drawn and emailed in a timely fashion. At no point did we feel the need to chase how the progress was going as the team at M.A.D always had the updates coming back to us as promised. We will say that we did test Rodney many times along the way on adding size, height and features to which we were either pulled back into line with the budget or Rodney would find a way to incorporate our wish list whilst trading off something less important. In the end we could not have been happier with the end result; it was exactly what we were after. In addition to this the final plans were professionally presented and the council commented when we put in our DA of what detail and quality they were which in turn made their job much easier to process these.
