Other Services
If you have a need we can design it!
At Macarthur Drafting, we provide drafting services for just about any project that needs a design—whether you’re moving your business to a commercial unit, setting up a home business, building a shed or working on something entirely unique. If it needs to be drawn up, we have the know-how, tools, and experience to make it happen. No job is too big or small—just tell us what you need, and we’ll help bring your vision to life.
Commercial Builds
Moving into a large space? We can prepare and lodge the application for the fitout and use for your business including change of use applications. We have prepared plans for gyms, churches, mechanics, swim school, salons and offices.
Home Businesses
We can help with the approvals process when using your home for your hair salon, cake decorating or other small business.
Sheds & Carports
We can provide the additional plans and elevations to go with your shed kit plans. Council or your certifier will want to see levels and how the shed fits on your land.
Granny Flat
A secondary dwelling or ‘Granny Flat’ in your back yard can provide great family accommodation or an investment opportunity. These can have multiple planning pathways that require individual solutions to make the best use of the space available.
Dual Occupancy / Duplex
A dual occupancy or duplex is two dwellings on a single block of land. These are often able to be subdivided. These require special consideration to ensure a practical design for both dwellings. These can be approved under complying development in some cases. As an Accredited designer, Rod can prepare the relevant compliance report for your certifier.
Pools
We can provide the plans and documentation to gain approval of your new pool. Council or your certifier will want to see levels and how the pool complies with landscape requirements.
