New Home Designs
Not happy with project home designs?
Macarthur Drafting Services can design you a customised new home to suit your SPECIFIC needs. We specialise in working with your style and your budget. We treat all designs individually resulting in a practical and affordable design to compliment your lifestyle.
Macarthur Drafting Services are also specialists in energy efficient design, making your home more comfortable and affordable.
Why design your own?
Most Project Homes on the market today are designed for only one size or shape block of land. They don’t consider the orientation or slope of the land, sunlight and shadows throughout the seasons, energy efficiency, practicality and use of the available square meterage, or any individual needs you and your family require in a new home.
What can you design?
With a customised design, your needs and wants are prioritised making your design truly unique. Over the past 25 years we have successfully designed thousands of new homes, extensions, renovations, duplexes, tiny and grand sized homes.
Why Choose Macarthur Drafting?
It’s plain and simple – experience, expertise and individual customer service! These are all key factors to achieving a result you’ll love.
We are dedicated to working within your requirements and budget to provide practical and functional outcomes, taking the stress and worry out of the process.
